Job summary

Innovation Team For Communications & Information Technology (a One-person Company) seeks an experienced ITSM administrator to manage BMC Helix ITSM and Remedy AR System. You will configure workflows, monitor performance, and drive integrations with enterprise systems.

Required are hands-on skills with Smart IT, CMDB, Asset Management, and Digital Workplace, plus REST APIs, JSON, and scripting experience. ITIL knowledge and relevant certifications are highly valued in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience administering BMC Helix ITSM or Remedy AR System.
• Hands-on with Smart IT, CMDB, Asset Management and Digital Workplace.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), SQL querying, and log troubleshooting.
• ITIL processes and service management knowledge.
• Certifications such as BMC Certified Administrator are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Platform Maintenance: Administer and maintain the BMC Helix ITSM suite across modules.
• System Configuration: Configure workflows, forms, rules, and access rights.
• Performance Monitoring: Track performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Lifecycle Management: Upgrades, patches, and migrations of BMC Helix components.
• Integrations & Automation: Build integrations via REST APIs and scripting.
• User Support: Provide end-user training and best-practice guidance.
