Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance preferred; must be able to obtain Interim Secret clearance.
• Expert familiarity with Helix applications such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
• Ability to create and describe process flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical guidance on application and integration capability.
• Develop workflow and integrations, including building forms and fields.
• Prepare and coordinate change requests and maintain the production environment.

Skills

BMC Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience

5+ years of software development experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with ITIL methodologies
