Job summary

Empower AI, a government-focused AI firm, seeks a Business Analyst (ITSM Platform Requirements) to support IT capability requests and ITSM development for a Department of War agency. Hybrid role based in Quantico, VA (RKB) with remote eligibility and up to 10% travel.

You will elicit requirements, analyze processes, create use cases, and support UAT with the ServiceNow team. You will prepare briefing materials, maintain traceability, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 3 years BA/IT project experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required; active Secret clearance (T3/T3R) to start.
• Willing to obtain Top Secret eligibility if required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements from internal/external customers.
• Analyze current business processes; perform gap analyses; document findings.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria; support UAT.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow development team as requirements bridge.
• Prepare briefing materials for leadership reviews; track ITCR status.
