Responsibilities

• Lead ITCR analysis and advisory support for IT capability requests.
• Elicit requirements from internal and external customers and perform gap analysis.
• Produce ITCR support packages and executive briefing materials.
• Translate capabilities into backlog epics and user stories for ITSM development.
• Mentor analysts and ensure quality of requirements work.
