Empower AI in Quantico, VA, seeks a ServiceNow Developer to lead application development on the IT Service Management platform for a Department of War agency. You will design, build, test, and maintain custom apps, workflows, and integrations that automate processes and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience; Master +8 years or alternative substituted.
US citizen with an active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain Top Secret.
10+ years in software development including 5+ years on ServiceNow.
Expert in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, CMDB.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Implement and sustain enterprise ticket lifecycle and Service Catalog.
Lead sprint development, QA/UAT, and stakeholder sign-off.
Ensure secure coding and compliant update sets for deployment.
Collaborate with UX, Automation, Data/BI, and Knowledge Management teams.
Mentor developers and produce design documentation.
