Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to ensure quality, security, and acceptance of applications on the ITSM platform (ServiceNow) and Power Platform. The role supports government testing, UAT, and secure coding practices within a hybrid Quantico, VA environment with remote eligibility.

You will develop test strategies, automate where possible, and collaborate across teams to meet DoD requirements while driving quality metrics and documentation for the Monthly Customer Support Activity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of related experience; DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I certification required.
U.S. Citizenship required; Active Secret Clearance and potential Top Secret eligibility.
Experience with ITSM platforms, test automation tools, and accessibility testing.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, plans, cases, and acceptance criteria for ITSM/backlog items.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and accessibility testing; document results with evidence.
Build/maintain automated test suites to accelerate regression testing.
Support UAT by preparing scripts and data, facilitating government testers, and collecting evidence.
Manage defects, triage, and report quality metrics across releases.
