Job summary

OnPoint Community Credit Union is seeking an ITSM Platform Engineer to administer, configure, and improve its Ivanti-based ITSM ecosystem. You will partner with Technology teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, automate workflows, and ensure platform stability.

The role covers governance, upgrades, reporting, and continuous improvement across IT service management, CMDB, and knowledge management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of production experience supporting enterprise technology platforms or service management tools.
Hands-on experience administering, configuring, enhancing, or supporting an ITSM platform such as Ivanti, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, or Freshservice.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize the ITSM platform with governance, release procedures, and roadmaps.
Design, test, document, and deploy platform enhancements and new functionality.
Manage upgrades, testing, and ongoing system maintenance to ensure reliability.
