Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an ITSM Integration Engineer to own the technical portfolio of enterprise IT service management platforms in a secure environment.

You will configure, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend COTS systems to support operational requirements, focusing on platform administration, automation, and cross-system integration. This role requires hands-on coding, independent problem solving, and strong collaboration across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Security Clearance Level: Secret Required.
• Experience: 2+ years in systems administration, enterprise applications support, or systems integration.
• Certification: IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE).

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend enterprise platforms such as Jira Service Management, SailPoint, and Dynatrace.
• Design, implement, and sustain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and connectors.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and configuration-based extensions across platforms.
• Develop custom scripts, utilities, and lightweight applications to support integration and automation.
