Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking an ITSM Process Analyst focused on Asset Management and CMDB maturity within ServiceNow. You will own asset/CI lifecycle governance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise ITSM improvements.

The role emphasizes Change and Knowledge Management, with CAB facilitation and metric-driven reporting. You will partner with IT, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to establish enterprise asset practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ITSM process experience in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on IT Asset Management and CMDB experience with lifecycle processes, data quality, governance, audits, or inventory validation.
• Experience building or maturing an enterprise Asset Management or CMDB function.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with CMDB, ITAM, or related asset/configuration capabilities.
• Ability to improve data integrity and establish repeatable processes.
• Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board activities and Change Management processes.
• Experience managing Knowledge articles from creation to retirement.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs for ITSM improvements.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and governance skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and standardize processes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CAB meetings and track follow-ups.
• Administer and maintain Change Management processes in ServiceNow.
• Improve change policies, workflows, and metrics via data-driven insights.
• Support Knowledge Management lifecycle and article governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to establish Asset Management capability.
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure ITSM improvements.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and organizational policies.
• Drive continuous improvement across Knowledge, Change, and CMDB processes.
