Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate Windows, Mac or Linux support
• 2+ years experience in networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years troubleshooting in high availability environments
• Experience in English-language communication, written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality hands-on support diagnosing and resolving issues
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as escalation point
• Triages and elevates system or network outages to reduce downtime
• Understand and execute change management in a high availability environment
• Mentor peers and collaborate with partner teams and vendors
