As an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist, you will help customers by phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a professional, efficient support experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common software applications.
• Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist customers with product setup and configuration.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Stay up to date with product updates, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
