You will provide first-class technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions to ensure a professional support experience.

Requirements include native Spanish fluency, strong English skills, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
