Ideal candidates will be native Italian with strong English, and must be able to relocate. The package includes relocation, training, health insurance, and a performance bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Interest in technology and consumer electronics; ability to explain features simply.
• Previous experience in customer service or high-volume call centers preferred.
• Ability to relocate to Greece for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and product support to Italian-speaking customers.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with focus on first-call resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product setups.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer electronics trends to offer informed guidance.
• Document interactions in the CRM to track performance and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical concerns and improve processes.
• Meet KPIs for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
