In this role you will provide first-class technical assistance via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a professional, efficient support experience. Relocation to Greece is offered with a competitive monthly salary, training, health insurance, and a generous bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C2) required.
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working with Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Stay up to date with product updates, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
