Job summary

GitLab is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Business Development Representative to join our remote Sales Development team. You will lead initial outreach across multiple markets, collaborating with Field and Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the organization.

You will leverage AI-powered outbound strategies, engage with multiple buyer personas, and drive growth while aligning with GitLab’s values.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian.
• Previous tech outbound sales experience required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Generate New Logo and Growth opportunities.
• Conduct high-level discovery to qualify opportunities and create SAOs.
• Meet/exceed SAO targets through consistent conversion of prospects.
• Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies.
• Execute multi-touch outreach Cadence (call, email, social).
• Track and report activities and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build targeted lists and campaigns.
• Mentor new BDR hires and document processes.
