Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant, you’ll turn customers' biggest challenges into measurable outcomes by bridging technical fluency with commercial ownership. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions, and guide opportunities through close, adoption, and renewal.

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian.
Ability to own and generate pipeline and drive opportunities.
Strong technical fluency and builder mindset; able to demo and co-design with customers.
Passion for AI and new tooling; quick learner.
Discovery, qualification, and translating needs into business value and adoption plans.
Able to manage multi‑stakeholder engagements with urgency and initiative.
Experience navigating complex procurement, legal, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

Create pipeline across your book of business and initiate outreach with BDRs.
Own opportunities from first conversation through close and through adoption and renewal.
Design and validate workflow solutions live with customers and translate needs into a business case.
Coordinate with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and specialists to manage momentum and next steps.
Drive customer value and growth after signature with a clear adoption and renewal path.
