Job summary

Snelling Staffing DFW is seeking an Operations Manager in Dallas to lead IT Asset Disposition operations, ensuring secure data destruction, throughput, and client service. You will oversee receiving, tracking, testing, refurbishment, packaging, and shipping while maintaining chain-of-custody and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in logistics or electronics processing, and a focus on continuous improvement across operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years in operations, warehouse, logistics, or electronics processing.
• 2+ years in leadership or people management.
• Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, reverse logistics, refurbishment, or asset recovery is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of data destruction processes and chain-of-custody procedures is preferred.
• Experience in regulated, audit-driven or certification-based environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ITAD processing operations, including receiving, tracking, data destruction, testing, refurbishment, and shipping.
• Develop procedures to improve throughput, accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
• Allocate labor and resources to meet production targets and SLAs.
• Maintain chain-of-custody controls from receipt to final disposition.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, production, and technical staff; support recruiting and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with data security, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
