Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Terminal Operator to ensure safe, efficient IT asset disposition operations at our Garland, TX facility. You will handle receiving, storage, and dispatch of electronics, perform data entry, and verify equipment against BOLs while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires English fluency, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime and weekends. Prior ITAD or inventory experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and quality in a non-climate-controlled

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ITAD or similar environment preferred.
• Experience in inventory management required.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language proficiency desired.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and verify load numbers.
• Receive and dispatch electronic equipment following procedures.
• Manage documentation and data entry.
• Verify equipment against BOLs; take photos for records.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and outbound scanning.
• Update system with real-time load statuses.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Meet customer-specific requirements during handling.
• Perform regular safety checks and drills.
