Women In Science is seeking an IT Workforce Manager to coordinate IT workforce planning, talent acquisition, personnel administration, and staff development within the IT Division. The role implements the target staffing model and supports onboarding, staff augmentation, and scholarship activities, while maintaining salary reporting in line with policies.

The position involves coordinating with hiring managers and vendors, preparing salary analyses, and ensuring confidential records are handled

Competenze

• Must have knowledge of workforce planning, staffing models, and salary budget administration.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, state and federal employment laws, reporting practices, ATS, and personnel information systems.
• Experience analyzing, reconciling, and summarizing workforce, staffing, personnel, salary, or budget data.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, or other data-driven decision-support materials.
• Experience coordinating multiple workforce and personnel processes, maintaining confidential records, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication with applicants, hiring managers, employees, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Implement and maintain IT Division target staffing model and related information to support strategic workforce decisions.
• Coordinate IT talent acquisition activities, including recruitment planning and candidate communications.
• Develop and deploy professional development recommendations for IT staff and coordinate knowledge-sharing events.
• Manage IT staff augmentation by coordinating with managers, vendors, and stakeholders; track requests and assignments.
• Monitor and reconcile IT salary budgets; process salary budget adjustments; prepare salary-related analyses and reports.
• Maintain personnel dashboards and reporting for workforce, staffing, and related metrics; ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate staff and student onboarding; support personnel management and time administration; prepare personnel change requests.
