Qualifications

• Active SHRM Certification required.
• CSM Certification active (Certified ScrumMaster).
• Active ITIL v4 Certification.
• Extensive experience in workforce planning and forecasting.
• Strong human capital management knowledge.
• Experience with workforce assessment and gap analysis.
• Strategic planning and transformation capabilities.
• Excellent executive-level communication, presenting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce analysis, forecasting, and needs assessments for assigned departments and organizations.
• Assess workforce skills, strengths, competency gaps, and staffing projections.
• Develop workforce planning recommendations aligned with strategic organizational goals.
• Support human capital planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with change management and training stakeholders to advance workforce transformation efforts.
• Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, and workforce planning deliverables for leadership decision-making.
