Responsibilities

• Recruit & Connect: Source and engage IT and technical candidates through LinkedIn and other outreach efforts.
• Screen Candidates: Collect resumes, verify skills and certifications, discuss security clearances, pay expectations, availability, and work preferences.
• Support Inclusive Hiring: Identify candidates who may qualify for the AbilityOne verification process while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring participation is voluntary.
• Keep Records Organized: Maintain accurate candidate profiles in Bullhorn and organize talent by job type and location.
• Support the Recruiting Team: Schedule interviews, post job descriptions, and assist with daily staffing operations.
