Qualifications

- Strong ITSM, governance, security awareness, and data-driven decision making.

- Provide strategic leadership and governance for service delivery.
- Lead IT consulting and advisory services.
- Oversee unit-focused technology solutions and services.
- Lead deskside support operations.
- Drive cross-portfolio coordination and strategic alignment.
