- Lead IT consulting and advisory services with academic and administrative partners.
- Oversee unit-focused technology solutions ensuring enterprise alignment and security.
- Direct deskside support to maintain high end-user satisfaction and reliability.
- Coordinate with Mission and Platform leaders to align services with university priorities.
