Qualifications
- Progressive leadership experience in IT service delivery or related functions.
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to align technology services with priorities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute service delivery strategies.
- Experience leading end-user support, consulting, solution delivery, or service management.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and governance for service delivery; align functions with institutional priorities.
- Lead IT consulting and advisory services with academic and administrative leaders.
- Oversee unit-focused technology solutions and services.
- Lead deskside support operations and monitor performance.
- Drive cross-portfolio coordination and strategic alignment across portfolios.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through mentoring and growth.
