Penn State University is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Shared Platform Service Delivery to lead enterprise IT service delivery across the Shared Platform portfolio. This executive role partners with the SMO and service owners to drive operational excellence, customer experience, and reliable, secure IT services that underpin the university's mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant IT leadership experience, including 5+ years supervising managers.
Experience overseeing enterprise platforms or shared technology services.
Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale IT service delivery and implement ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and oversight to Service Managers for reliable, high-quality delivery of enterprise IT services.
Drive cross-functional service coordination and operational excellence across boundaries.
Lead workforce planning and resource alignment with capability leaders to meet objectives.
Advance enterprise service management practices with the Service Management Office to improve standards and processes.
Ensure adoption of IT service management processes across the Platform portfolio.
