Qualifications
- Progressive leadership experience in IT service delivery, operations or related functions.
- Experience leading large teams (20+ employees) in complex, decentralized environments.
- Experience implementing ITSM practices, governance, and service management.
Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery operations across the Shared Platform portfolio.
- Drive cross-functional service coordination and operational excellence.
- Oversee service workforce planning and staffing to meet objectives.
- Lead the implementation and advancement of enterprise service management practices.
- Ensure consistent adoption and execution of IT service management processes.
- Lead customer experience, service adoption, and value realization efforts.
- Oversee service communications and act as executive escalation point for critical issues.
