J.Sheppard Associates, a progressive Midtown NYC law firm, seeks an experienced IT Training Specialist who enjoys working directly with attorneys and staff to improve confidence, efficiency, and productivity. You will provide hands-on training across Microsoft 365 and legal tech tools, with emphasis on practical, user-friendly instruction.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on IT training experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT and software training experience.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and document management systems.
• Bachelor's degree required; IT training certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct IT and software training for attorneys and staff.
• Onboard new employees and provide ongoing training and support.
• Develop training materials and programs; introduce new technologies.
• Assist with system enhancements and respond to user needs.
