Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a skilled technology training program designer to support faculty, clinicians, researchers, and staff in Austin. The role focuses on building effective curricula for EHR, LMS, and collaboration tools, delivering engaging sessions, and guiding change management efforts.

You will collaborate with IT and clinical leaders to roll out systems, develop documentation, and measure training impact to drive user adoption and success across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology training or learning programs.

• Proven facilitation skills for diverse audiences and formats.

• Partner with IT and clinical leaders to support system rollouts and change management.
• Develop training documentation and resources to support user adoption.
• Track and report adoption and training effectiveness metrics.
• Coach and support super users to strengthen local system expertise.
