Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience.
• Expert knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Advanced internet/network troubleshooting capabilities.
• Intermediate knowledge of identity providers (Azure, Okta, etc).
• Intermediate understanding of how systems interact.
• Experience with endpoint management or EDRs (CrowdStrike) and MDM (Intune, Jamf).
• Advanced proficiency with collaboration tools (Word, Excel, Slack).
• Strong understanding of user account lifecycle in SaaS apps.
• Ability to research IT solutions using available tools/documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the IT Helpdesk team, handling day-to-day tickets.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Mentor juniors on challenging problems.
• Own processes or projects related to IT operations.
• Suggest improvements to IT policies and workflows.
• Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system or other channels.
• Provide empathetic, knowledgeable support to employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
• Maintain and update technical documentation regularly.
• Translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Support on-site office and workspace IT requests.
