Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician (Level II) to support a designated customer within a geographic area.

You will troubleshoot, install, configure hardware, and ensure issue resolution with customer confirmation, documenting results in ServiceNow and meeting SLAs. Responsibilities include hardware exchanges, coordinating tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring clear communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and team.
• Knowledge of Windows, networks, and common IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced exchange of like for hardware.
• Understand customer support, operations, and processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting SLA.
• Follow-up with end users for status updates per SLA.
• Monitor inventory levels and the ordering process to replenish and maintain vehicle stocking levels.
