Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to Help Desk tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Triage, support and follow up on critical issues.
• Perform routine follow-up on open issues.
• Proactively monitor support tickets to prevent larger problems.
• Install and maintain PC/workstation hardware and software.
• Assist in installing, operating, monitoring, and maintaining bank networks.
• Test new hardware and software.
• Develop and document job processes and FAQ resolutions.
• Maintain proficiency with help-desk systems.
• Support training programs for new and existing employees.
