Job summary

FIT Technologies in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Technical Support Services Technician I to provide on-site or remote IT support, following established procedures to meet client service standards.

You will build client relationships, install and repair desktop hardware and networking gear, handle routine maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, and document steps in our ticketing system while adhering to SLA timelines. Travel within Ohio may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANS).
• Basic familiarity with Windows OS deployment, AD and MS 365/Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Install, maintain, and repair desktop hardware, network equipment and PC peripherals.
• Maintain daily service calls and meet SLA time frames based on client expectations.
• Perform routine maintenance following company and client standards.
• Perform software/hardware upgrades.
• Provide detailed progress updates in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure cabling infrastructure meets required standards.
