The position involves managing equipment installation and troubleshooting issues with minimal supervision. Candidates should have an associate degree in information technology or equivalent certifications, along with over two years of relevant experience. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals are essential. Flexibility and the ability to work evenings and weekends, along with travel on short notice, are also required.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years’ experience within the technology field.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Possess a thorough understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
• Have a mechanical aptitude and ability to use various types of hand and power tools.
• Ability to complete reports and documentation associated with job tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide call service support for customers’ equipment.
• Install alarm systems, CCTV, card access systems, structured cabling, fiber optics, networks, and workstations.
• Use various testing tools to configure, repair, and diagnose problems.
