Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC seeks an IT Technician I to provide comprehensive technical support across properties in New Hampshire. You’ll troubleshoot computers, printers, mobile devices, and network issues, and assist with casino management systems, POS, AV gear, and digital signage.

Qualifications

• It includes IT support experience or related degree/certs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, software, and networking.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document solutions and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and account access.
• Support casino management systems, point-of-sale systems, audiovisual equipment, and digital signage.
• Assist with network cabling, equipment installations, and technology upgrades.
• Work with vendors and senior IT staff to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain IT equipment records and document support issues.
• Provide onsite IT support across company properties as needed.
• Assist with after-hours maintenance and emergency support when required.
