Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Technician I to perform hardware configuration, imaging and on-site deployment. You will use helpdesk software to track requests, log activity and resolve issues promptly to support end users.

The role requires 1+ year IT experience, AD administration, and familiarity with Windows OS, Office, and network concepts. Base hourly pay ranges with potential bonuses and benefits, in a full-time on-site capacity.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in an IT profession.
• Four Year College Degree preferred.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Monitor helpdesk software and respond to support requests.
• Administer Active Directory accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software including Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, and other in-house and 3rd party software.
• Administer Cisco Call Manager.
• Administer Unity voicemail.
• Adhere to the corporate asset management procedures.
• Support installation and configuration of employee workstations.
• Manage printer maintenance and support.
• Manage additional duties, as assigned.
