Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is seeking an IT Support Technician in Oklahoma City. The role provides essential help desk functions, first-level troubleshooting, and hands-on hardware/software maintenance to keep systems running for staff and programs.

Responsibilities include user support, incident tracking, and collaboration with the IT team on projects and training. Travel to sites and coordinating with vendors are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years help desk experience.
• Ability to train users on software/hardware.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with PC hardware, software, networking, and basic programming logic.

Responsibilities

• Responds to calls, emails and requests for technical support.
• Provides end-user support on a variety of issues.
• Provides first level technical support and troubleshooting.
• Assists users with questions or problems.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Documents and tracks problems for timely resolution.
• Implements policies for problem handling and escalation.
• Assists in installation, maintenance and support of hardware/software.
• Maintains inventory of hardware/software and assists in projects.
• Travels to sites to install PCs and hardware.
• Maintains telecom equipment and cabling for data/phone.
