Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Up to two years of desktop support or help desk experience.
• ITSM and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for help desk inquiries.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, and final solutions.
• Install, configure, image, repair, and replace computers and related equipment.
• Set up workstations and verify access for new employees.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and remote tools.
• Assist with Teams and conferencing systems.
• Create user instructions and technical documentation.
• Participate in new-hire technology training.
• Collaborate with Technology team members and departments.
