Job summary

World Choice Investments LLC is seeking an Corporate IT Technician in Pigeon Forge, TN. You will be the first point of contact for staff at box offices, gift shops, kitchens and offices, handling tickets, desk-side support and field work.

This entry point role offers growth into networking and systems work, with travel to multiple properties and a focus on Clover POS, device setup, MFA, and security basics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of help desk, desktop support or field technician experience (or equivalent training).
• Solid Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and hardware repair skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory or Entra ID user management.
• Basic networking knowledge: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi and testing a cable.
• Friendly, patient communication with non-technical staff, under time pressure.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Answer support calls, emails and tickets; triage, resolve or escalate to IT Manager.
• Reset passwords, unlock accounts and manage MFA (Duo) in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint access.
• Set up, image and deploy new computers, laptops, tablets and mobile devices via Intune.
• Onboard/offboard employees: accounts, licenses and devices; document fixes.
• Travel to properties to fix hardware, printers, ticketing and POS devices.
