Job summary

Springfield Business Systems Inc is seeking an IT Technician to support retail customers, travel to regional POS sites, and provide hands-on hardware and software support.

You will perform hardware and software repairs on retail POS equipment, troubleshoot PC hardware, servers and networks, and guide customers with a calm, customer-first approach. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel as needed to regional to retail customer locations
• Helpdesk support phone support
• Perform hardware and software repairs on retail point-of-sale (POS) equipment
• Troubleshoot PC hardware, servers, networking issues, POS hardware
• Represent our company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
