Qualifications
Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Two (2) years of computer product support experience.
A+ or MCP certification is required.
Responsibilities
Installs and configures desktop support functions for end-users.
Assists with on-prem and in-cloud services.
Analyzes and resolves performance problems with application software.
Skills
Knowledge of computer hardware and software use
Ability to analyze hardware and software related malfunctions
Skill in operating and maintaining computer systems
Communicating clearly and professionally
Education
Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field
A+ or MCP certification
MCDST certificate to be obtained within 6 months
