Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in desktop support or customer support roles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office in technical support.
• Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance including deploying workstations.
• General knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for workstations and servers.
• Support Office 365 applications for users.
• Prepare and ship new hardware to remote sites.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot issues to isolate and diagnose problems.
• Create and maintain accurate systems documentation.
