TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to join our extensive training program and transition into a recruiter role. You will partner with an Onboarding Coach to learn recruiting fundamentals and progress through end-to-end recruitment for top IT talent.

You will build relationships, coach candidates on market trends, and leverage AI tools to identify the right talent for client requirements. This role emphasizes performance, learning, and growth within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-generated insights to drive recruitment decisions.
• Advise account managers on skill availability and hiring location decisions.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients.
• Demonstrate knowledge within specialization areas.
