Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate experience in full lifecycle recruiting in IT/Tech.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Expert knowledge in sourcing, networking, assessment, job analysis, and due diligence.
• Experience with Taleo or similar ATS.
• Excellent project management, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
• Able to recruit nationally across multi-location environments.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates using job boards, referrals, ads, networking, and agencies.
• Conduct initial screening to determine suitability and share position/company details.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend verbal offers in consultation with hiring managers and policies.
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all candidates.
• Manage all candidate communications throughout recruitment cycles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including hiring managers.
