Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant recruiting experience; A/E/C industry experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Assist hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify talent and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Source, engage, and build relationships with candidates while maintaining compliance with internal processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of sourced candidates and prospective positions.
• Screen resumes and candidates to determine fit for current and upcoming roles.
• Handle a high volume of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
