Job summary

Qvest US is seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter to drive talent acquisition for technology and consulting roles within the US. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strategies to identify top talent, and own the interview-to-offer process from outreach to onboarding.

We value highly organized professionals who can manage multiple requisitions, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and report on recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements with hiring managers and leadership.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate scheduling.
• Extend offers and manage onboarding coordination; track pipeline health.
