D-Wave Quantum Inc. is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple technical functions.

This contract role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage passive and active candidates, build strong relationships, and drive sourcing initiatives using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and technical recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships in high growth technical/scientific environments.
• Outstanding communication skills with focus on conducting high-quality interviews and candidate research.
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and hiring teams quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across multiple functions, engaging and hiring top candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
• Manage inbound applicant pipeline and identify passive candidates through sourcing tactics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to offer, including salary recommendations and seamless onboarding handoff.
• Ensure timely progress updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
