• Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics to management.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to recruitment best practices.
