Job summary

Arago Inc. is seeking a senior technical recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for engineers and researchers across hardware, AI, and software.

You will partner directly with the CEO and CTOs to scope roles, run proactive sourcing, and close senior hires in fast-moving startups or scale-ups with international teams. This headhunting driven role requires 5+ years of recruiting, proven success closing staff and principal engineers, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience with headhunting in deep tech, semiconductors, AI, or hardware.
• Proven ability to close senior technical talent end-to-end.
• Experience in fast-moving startups or scale-ups (Series A–C).
• Sharp sourcing instincts and effective outreach.
• Comfort across France, US, Israel time zones.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Run and close candidates across hardware, optical, software, and research.
• Partner with the CEO, CTOs, and engineering leads to scope roles and calibrate on talent.
• Build a proactive sourcing engine across US, Europe, and Israel.
• Define and sharpen Arago's interview process and hiring bar.
• Track pipeline health and hiring velocity and share updates with leadership.
