Job summary

Argano is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud engagements, guiding clients through business-aligned solutions and technology-driven strategies. You will mentor teams, drive delivery, and shape Argano's consulting practice in a fast-paced environment.

You'll lead workshops, define requirements, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes while balancing client relationships and strategic growth initiatives across the Oracle Cloud footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience leading multiple complex Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Oracle Cloud methodology knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Align clients’ processes with validated HCM Cloud methods.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and align with Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Configure Oracle Cloud environment to meet client needs and document setup.
• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants and coach project teams.
• Drive innovative product solutions and participate in internal training.
