Job summary

Argano is seeking a Lead Consultant to manage mid- to large-scale client engagements and to drive growth for the consulting practice. You will guide Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, align business processes, and deliver technology-driven solutions that optimize clients’ infrastructure and strategy.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical excellence, and strong communication. Occasional travel within the United States is expected to support client engagements and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within your module of expertise.
• Module-specific experience in Core HR, or Recruiting and Journeys is required.
• Oracle certification in your module of expertise is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology.
• Strong grasp of client data movement to external systems and impacts.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Align clients’ existing business processes with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs.
• Apply functional knowledge with the technical consulting team to implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Identify gaps and develop solutions aligned with overall delivery.
• Configure Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements; document setup.
• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts to processes/systems.
• Manage the module track of the project, including scope, risks, and team coaching.
• Lead and support clients through test scripts execution.
• Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution, and design innovation.
• Serve as a visionary leader in Oracle Cloud space, driving innovative product solutions.
• Mentor Associate and Senior consultants.
